BOSASA'S CAPITAL HILL SUCCESS FORMULA

ENERGY CAPITAL

The BOSASA culture, created and sustained by Gavin Watson is a high energy culture. A role model of health, fitness, good eating habits and a balanced lifestyle, it is easy to see the influence that Gavin Watson has over the lives of his staff.

A Harvard Business Review published a list of qualities for business success.

A ‘high level of drive and energy’ in personnel is what research revealed as the secret of high level company performance.

BOSASA has a record of sustained customer relations because energy capital levels of staff engender confidence in its clients. Gavin Watson’s ability to drive the turnaround strategy for all public sectors with a customised software platform is evidence of a high energy creative environment – Mogale Business Park. Energy capital development begins at MBP

Energy Principles

BOSASA has been on a steady growth path for more than a decade. To Gavin Watson the first principle is a simple one: it takes to change direction and break out of repetitive routines. Acquiring this sustained level of energy is a conscious effort to manage health, nutrition, exercise. This conscious effort is expected of all staff. Customised software produced by BOSASA is the result of this energy. Gavin Watson knows it takes knowledge and will to do something, but without energy capital nothing will happen.

High Energy Environments

Gavin Watson consistently drives home basic energy capital building philosophies to his staff. Mogale Business Park was ergonomically designed to promote energy to essential for achieving the BOSASA vision. Broadly spaced office units drawing in natural light are conducive higher oxygen levels, creativity and production. Extensive winding pathways are designed for lunch time walkers or runners to promote cardiovascular health. A subsidised in house corporate Diner run by trained chefs, nutritionists and dieticians, promotes good balanced eating habits without junk food.

High Energy is a Learned Behaviour

Not everyone has the good fortune to arrive at a new company with the prerequisite level of energy capital. Gavin Watson knows that but he also has the ability to recognise potential that needs to be unleashed with ‘energy’ mentoring. Through his mentorship personnel can engage easily with a high energy lifestyle required to be successful in a rapidly changing technology driven environment.

Channelling Energy Capital

Producing energy may be normal at BOSASA, but directing it this into appropriate channels prevents waste. Gavin Watson knows that we can derive energy from positive environments and people. The BOSASA culture is one where people radiate enthusiasm, zeal, commitment, vitality and warmth.  BOSASA is not a place for pessimists, passengers or ‘passing-throughs’. Gavin Watson has set the standard.
