Marsido Rafael Mambier is a BOSASA chef in the Krugersdorp Correctional Centre. He is a multitalented hard worker who has been with BOSASA for over 20 years. In this interview he shares the story of his life at BOSASA. His insights range from how Gavin Watson has impacted on his transformed his life through his leadership of BOSASA.

Rafael tells of the training he has received and how the training has enhanced his standing within BOSASA operations. Rafael is a video production and photography enthusiast and he has invested time and capital in the development of these skills which he takes seriously.
